self made vintage jeans

Ik ben begonnen met een oude workpant uit de levi's collectie van ongeveer 11jaar geleden.
Die was afgeknip maar was eigenlijk tekort,dus een stukkie d'r aan van 201 lvc.
Daarna heb ik met schuurpapier de reeds bestaande slijtage extra aangezet.
Ik heb wat oude denim lapjes uitgezocht en met een stiksteek met de hand de patches opgenaaid.
En als finish ben met wat roest en kaarsvet aan de gang gegaan.

Het nummer op deze patch is mijn militair paspoort nummer.

In mine opinion each country who love denim shoud have a store like this.
this is the concept store is japan.
For me as a levi's employee, this my dream store!
I love open a store like this in holland.

Gapstar motorcycle jacket

This is a special item for my friend Harold prophitius, a salesmanager from G-star nederland.
When i was a employee at Bluetiek-in in 1990 i bought this jacket.
Bluetiek-in were the first which sold Gapstar in rotterdam.
One of the first leather jackets in the Gapstar collection is this one.
A very thick and heavy leather jacket"50's motorcycle style".
The worn out look was already there when i puchased the jacket.
the brand name back then was Gapstar instead of G-star.
